Very divey liquor store on a horribly busy road.......hard to get in and out of their parking lot.I've been in here a couple of times to buy lottery tickets and have found the people who work here to be an unfriendly sour bunch.There are way better and friendlier options just up the street at BevMo.
Begging will not get you nowhere.

Good selection of local craft beer and friendly service
Very high prices. They're gonna screw you cause you close to the ocean. Broken Atm. Unfriendly owner as well.
Buyers are limited to 2 (two) bottles each of the brew. These beers are priced at $9.99/bottle. This is a steal. If you don't believe me do some homework, better yet go try to independently find this beer for sale somewhere. It ain't easy, friend.

This local Solana Beach Liquor store doesn't have a whole lot going for it. The prices are not great and the snack selection is nothing to write home about. The staff is super cool once they get to know you, but until then, expect the silent treatment.
So why the four stars? Two reasons. First, this liquor store has a surprisingly varied selection of candy, specifically Starburst. Fave-Reds? check. Tropical Fruit? check. Very Berry? check. Superfruit? check. They even have those crappy Morphin ones that everyone hates. I respect their commitment to the brand.
Second, and this is very important.... Once a month this liquor store receives one case of Russian River Brewing Co.'s infamous Pliny The Elder double IPA. When this case arrives, the staff pull one beautiful green bottle and set it on a counter just behind and slightly above the cashier's stand. This bottle, the lone signal to beer afficianados that greatness is in the building, will remain there until the case has been sold.
Arguments will not be brooked.
