Thanks Navid! This is the best!!!!

WOW! What a great experience I have had with Rise Physical Therapy. I thought I was going to need surgery for what I thought was a bunion. I have been seeing Rise now for 10 weeks and am pleased to say that I will not need surgery. I have gotten great relieve. Before I came here I couldn't bend my big toe for the last 2-3 years and now I am at 70%. I was also experiencing knee and hip pain from this and have gotten great relieve from this also....FYI my golf game has improved too!

I'm from out of town, but come to San Diego often to visit my cousin. I'm a runner and one of my favorite things to do is run the beach every morning. On one of my many runs I experienced some hip discomfort. RISE was recommended to me, so I went in for an evaluation. I worked in the physical therapy industry many years ago and have some knowledge in different techniques. Dr. Navids' approach to therapy is unique and encompasses everyday function. He is extremely knowledgeable and you can tell he is truly passionate about what he does. After only two sessions and take home exercises, I feel amazing and back to my normal self. I have to say the staff were so sweet and accommodating. Georgina always had a smile on her face and was extremely helpful with any questions I had. Definitely worth the drive from my cousins house in San Diego to Solana Beach.

RISE Physical Therapy provides excellent therapeutic care. Dr. Navid uses innovative and effective techniques, and his goal is to get his patients well in the minimal amount of visits (some other therapists seem to gravitate to repeat visitations for maximum profit). He also spends much more time with each patient. Georgina and Colleen at the front desk are top notch! Professional, courteous and efficient.

RISE Physical Therapy in Solana Beach is fantastic. The whole staff, including the front desk, impressed me immediately. I saw Katie D'Amato for a shoulder pinch that grew into major shoulder pain in weeks time. She helped me the first session with her knowledgeable massage and her movement of my shoulder. When I arrived home, I had personal videos sent to me by her of exercises to do at home. I continued to see her for weeks and each time was fantastic. She knows what she is doing and I highly recommend her.

Is it too late to win the lottery and buy a private jet to escort me to RISE once a week? This facility is phenomenal compared to the one I was assigned to back home in Houston.

I managed to snag an appointment here during my short time in San Diego because I couldn't take the discomfort anymore. When you walk into RISE, you're greeted by friendly faces and a clean & organized facility. There was even a husky there who they say supervises the office! *CRIES* She is the cutest thing!!! Martin helped and educated me with some reconditioning exercises and deconditioning prevention. Let me tell you... He's extremely kind, patient, and understanding. I felt completely comfortable in his hands and had the utmost confidence in him. He even presented some really useful home exercises that I was never provided by my facility back home. I seriously wish I lived in San Diego so this could be my new permanent physical therapy spot.

I tore my ACL during a skiing accident in January and had surgery in May. Did I make a mistake by traveling to San Diego a few months after? Maybe. But I don't regret it one bit. My trip was full of exploration, which entails a TON of walking. I didn't realize how hard it'd be on my leg. I was in a lot of pain, had to take frequent breaks, and I felt bad for everyone I was with because it slowed them down too.

You will not be disappointed. Make that appointment and be amazed.
